I'm Nathaniel — a Technical Director with 20+ years in digital and technical production. I've spent my career turning complex technology into things that actually work: for clients, for teams, for audiences.

From eCRM and display to AR, VR and generative AI — I've always gravitated toward what's next. This lab is where I publish that curiosity publicly: experiments in AR, AI and immersive tech, built and shipped in the open.

Right now I'm looking for my next challenge — ideally something in XR production, technical training, or a role where I can bridge the gap between cutting-edge tech and the people who need to use it.

Leadership team member at a remote volunteer studio. Overseeing mixed-discipline teams building in Unity, driving strategic development and studio expansion.

Advising on generative AI tools for commercial campaigns. Navigating IP risk and indemnification with client legal teams. Technical PM on a dynamic OOH campaign for eBay.

Technical Production Director

Led and grew a nearshore Prague production team of developers and designers. Delivered campaigns for Lego, Kia, Dominos, Compare The Market and T-Mobile US. Built a VR pipeline for Outernet's immersive DOOH in London. Secured early Firefly access for AI production experiments. Standardised eCRM across 200+ Kia dealerships.
